UPDATE: 'We've done it!!'
TO mark the 100th post on Touchline Dad, here's a challenge to readers.
A few weeks ago Jack was feeling a bit sorry for himself as we drove home following a rare defeat for his team, Marine FC under-7s. He sometimes takes setbacks badly and beats himself up (no, not literally).
In particular he felt he had been too slow to hook away a goalbound effort which turned out to be the winner. In reality, he would've needed legs like Peter Crouch to have got a toe within a mile of it.
"I'll never be any good. Who's ever heard of a footballer called Jack?" he whimpered from beneath a muddy frown.
It was a very good point. I could only think of Jack Charlton and the young Liverpool defender Jack Hobbs. Jack couldn't think of any.
So, any suggestions? Admittedly, it could take a while to clock up a century. I'll update the list as we go and bounce it up the pecking order. Not-so-famous football Jacks will also be accepted. Email your suggestions by filling in the box below - no need to leave an email address but a name or pseudonym would be appreciated.

They had a famous FA Cup run in the early 1990s, eventually being knocked out by Crewe 3-1 in the 3rd round. Roly Howard was manager for a record 33 years (1972-2005), although he will always be remembered by some fans as Kenny Dalglish's window cleaner. TV presenter Ray Stubbs once asked: "How's business, Roly?" to which Roly replied "Oh you know - ups and downs."

Former players include Michael Ball (Everton and Rangers) and Stephen Wright (Liverpool and Sunderland). The club motto is 'To Enjoy, Not Destroy.'

There was a Jack Ashurst who played for Leeds in the late 1980's. I used to work with his son who, incidentally, is a Liverpool fan.
